i love the detailed description of what he calls cascading communication – you’ve got to read this – think about it – and skim the principles from the top of the that are applicable in your situation.

for what it’s worth, this is one of the major areas churches need to constantly work on – every church that i’ve ever served in could’ve use this wisdom. not saying they were all bad, just saying this is a skill that must constantly be evaluated and improved.
